Texas Roadhouse in Plymouth. I shared a Blooming Onion with friends and also had a burger. Six hours after leaving the restaurant, I woke up with vomiting and almost all of the food I ate was still in my system. Have been having vomiting / diarrhea since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Texas Roadhouse in Gatlinburg Tennessee. I had medium rare prime rib, salad w/blue cheese dressing, and a fully dressed baked potato. Food tasted great, waitstaff was great! I've been down for the count over a week.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had a single pork chop with a baked potato around 6:30 last night and woke up at 4am with severe pain in my stomach and lower back. I was very hot and nauseous and all of a sudden i had bad diarrhea for several hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Went out to eat yesterday around 6-7ish ordered the cactus blossom , then the 10oz ribeye with veggies and mashed potatoes. Went home and woke up at 2am vomiting with diarrhea . I didn't stop throwing up until about 9am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Visiting family out of state we ate on Wed Oct 4 2017 only 3 of us had steak we all got severely sick Thursday night!! It was a night mare every 15 min for about 8 hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

We ate Wednesday night (09/04/17) and 3 of us from our group had steak and by Thursday night we all threw up, had diarrhea and had fevers. Nobody else from our group or anyone we have been around got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
