我的女朋友做了一个冰沙，由有机奇亚籽、超值橙汁和冷冻超值混合浆果（蓝莓、覆盆子等）组成。她在睡觉前和我和她的弟弟分享了它，这是我们唯一分享的食物。我和她整晚都难以入睡，早上她呕吐并出现腹泻和头痛，大约一个小时后，我开始腹泻然后呕吐，然后再过一个小时，她的弟弟也得了腹泻，第二天我看过医生，他只是给我开了处方控制腹泻的药物，感觉都比昨天好些但仍未达到 100％

Was craving Chef Boyardee so I went to Walmart and bought a can for the first time in years. Ate the spaghetti and meatballs and within the hour was stricken with horrible diarrhea that was all but unbearable. Couldn't leave the house or really move much at all for the rest of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Our baby boy loves the Mickey Mouse packs but they are a little more spendy. So we decided to purchase Walmart’s brand instead to save a little. My wife and I had to take work off today to cater to our baby boy who threw up 25 times...not much of a money saving choice.  | 症状: 呕吐
