I ate a spicy chicken sandwich and fries.  I had a spicy chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, there was a black chunk. I took the black part out and ate the rest of it and I was nauseous and had diarrhea the entire following day. This has happened twice now.    | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

salad I ate an avocado and bacon salad from there Tuesday June 9, 2020. Symptoms started 12 hours later. One person got sick. Symptoms included nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, muscle tightness, fever, muscle pain  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 其他, 肌肉疼痛

I ate the chicken nuggets from the four for 4 a little after I ate everything else. They looked like they had been heated up (frozen) but I ate it anyways. In less than 24-hours I had food poisoning symptoms i.e. nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心
