I had a 5 piece chicken nuggets, and about 4-5 hours after started vomiting, had fever, and bloody stool. That was the only thing I ate that day. I’ve been sick for 3 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 血色凳子

I ate the burger around 2 in the afternoon on Saturday 5/12/18 and almost immediately after eating it I started to feel nauseous. Around 5 I started to get cold sweats and had diarrhea, got a fever around 10pm and continued to have diarrhea, nauseousness, vomiting and fever till today.. 5/14/18.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My daughter had the 4 for 4 and a fruit punch. I believe it might have been the burger. I ready the Food inspection report and when it came to serving meat a the right temp it stated no. That should had have been a red flag but they still got graded a 91 A  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I'm sick as a dog. Ate salad last night and early next morning I started hitting the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting my stomach hurts, cramps, nausea, and trying to vomit but I can't because I had lap nissen surgery. It's awful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 胃痛
