الخميس 4/11/19 الساعة 11:00 صباحًا أكلت الجزر والبروكلي والدجاج المخبوز من شريط الطعام. بعد ساعتين شعرت بالدوار، وبعد 20 دقيقة كنت أتعرق وأتقيأ بعنف وفي غرفة الطوارئ بالمستشفى.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, الدوخة, التعرق

Girlfriend and I both got food poisoning on night 12/26- early morning 12/27. There are only 3 things we ate in common:
-White bean chicken chili from Mariano’s
-An avocado from the same Mariano’s

I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.

In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
