I have severe stomach cramping on and off since 2 today. All I have been eating for the last 2 days are vegetables, Just me but I was the only one eating some of the vegetable - cauliflower - lettuce - carrots- carrot juice - salad - zucchini -cucumber etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

Thursday 4/11/19 at 11:00AM I ate carrots, broccoli and baked chicken from the food bar. Two hours later I felt dizziness, 20 minutes later I was sweating, vomiting violently and in the hospital emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating

Last Wednesday, 4-3, I had a packaged Dragon Roll and several hours later, I experienced intense vomiting and diarrhea. Five days later, I still have frequent diarrhea and cannot eat normally.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Girlfriend and I both got food poisoning on night 12/26- early morning 12/27. There are only 3 things we ate in common:
-White bean chicken chili from Mariano’s
-An avocado from the same Mariano’s
-popcorn from the Regal Cinema in Lincolnshire  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.

In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
