Last week my 10 year old son requested to try Honey Nut Cheerios rather than just regular Cheerios. On the mornings he eats Honey Nut Cheerios, he vomits 1-2 hours after eating and is sick for about 4 hours with abdominal pain.

Cake Causes Violent Illness

I purchased the slice of cake Sunday. I had a few bites of it this afternoon and a bit more after dinner. Still have some left. The diarrhea started around 8 and projectile vomiting shortly after midnight. Otherwise I didn’t eat anything different from others today and no one else is sick.

I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.
In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
