ate fried pickles not on menu but they make them when asked one person began throwing up immediately and other 2 few hours later also had diarrhea

Severe Illness Post-Sandwich

7/24/17 8:45 pm. Had their special. It was a type of hot sandwich with shaved deli meats, cheese, and bacon on Texas toast. My symptoms began around 9:30 pm. I dealt with severe vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and fever.
