Got sick the day after coming home from Dominican Republic. Diarrhea for 3 days now., Not sure but I think old smoked salmon on bagel It was either spiked coffee or the salmon. Started diarrhea within 24 hours of breakfast at this resort. No other symptoms.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea
