Three people in my family (myself included) got sick on 2 separate occasions after eating ground beef by butcherbox. Symptoms included nausea and diarrhea. My son vomited from it as well.

Both my son and I have ate steaks from my recent box and both of us ended up with severe stomach aches. This is not the first time this has happened after eating steaks from Butcher Box.
