Pretty consistent story. At the burrito (chicken). things went downhill about 2 hours later. pretty quick and rapid decline. Nausea, vomiting, repeat for 6 hours. Thankfully, the recovery was almost as quick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Steak Bowl Illness Report

I ordered a bowl with white rice, steak, pico and guacamole and about four hours later I had chills, body aches all over, was vomiting violently, and was shaking. I slept that night for 15 hours straight and woke up feeling normal.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache, Shaking

Veggie Burrito Illness Strikes

I had a veggie burrito today. I knew I shouldn't have given into the craving bc the last time I did I had severe food poisoning. I just vomited for the 2nd time tonight, while sitting on the toilet bc I cannot control the severe liquid diarrhea. Never will I ever eat Chipotle ever again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
