Ordered a burrito last night: chicken, beans, cheese, corn, sour cream, green salsa. At 1am woke up with severe diarrhea, heart burn, vomiting, nausea, horrible chipotle burps, chills and fever. Barely slept as I had to keep waking up for the bathroom, no energy today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
