I ate a chicken bowl last night and that same night I wasnt able to sleep due to a sharp stomach pain and i woke up to severe diarrhea that hasnt stopped all day. I havent been able to eat anything ever since dur to the nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
