Had a burrito bowl for lunch and began to feel a general malaise an hour later. Around the time I got ready for bed I began to have uncontrollable vomiting, fever and lower back aches.

Ordered a steak bowl, with veggies, steak, tomato salsa, sour cream and cheese. Got diarrhea 4 times within 24 hours after eating it
