My boyfriend had the quesadilla with steak and red salsa and he started having nausea an hour later, then projectile vomiting as well as diarrhea. 24 hours later he is still sick

I ordered the steak bowl rice beans Pico de Gallo hot sauce to go.
Started feeling sick around 11pm

I had a steak bowl with rice beans fajitas pico lettuce and guac. Approximately 15 minutes after eating I became extremely sick and cannot leave the bathroom. The pain I’m in is unbearable.

Pregnant, ordered chicken bowl with brown rice. Started feeling weird next day no appetite them started getting chills, nauseous and vomiting.
