Severe food positioning symptoms (vomiting, nausea, chills) about 5 hours after consumption. Has not cleared up 24 hours later. Ironically the cashier chanted « wash your hands » to the other employees intermittently.

I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .
