steak bowl, white rice no beans diced tomatoes cheese guacamole and chips. REALLY SHARP PAIN in my stomach after eating then diarrhea, i got chills and fatigue, an hour or so later i throw up but kept feeling like crap for a while after and nauseas  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
