Stopped by got a chicken burrito white rice veggies queso pico & corn managed to eat about half of it until I was full. 30 minutes later I felt like I may die from extreme nausea .

Chicken Bowl Illness Symptoms

Had chicken bowl for dinner: white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, guacamole, lettuce. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and nausea. Got up several more times during the night with vomiting and diarrhea. Did not eat anything after Chipotle before awakened the first time.
