Ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, and lettuce then woke up at about 4am vomiting and with explosives diarrhea that has lasted 5 days so far and 2 trips to the doctors  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
