I had a burrito bowl on may 17 at 9:30 pm. I woke up on May 18th at 6:30 am with diareah and vomiting. I then went on to have a fever and headache. In my bowl I had white rice, chicken, fajita, corn salsa, tomato salsa, sour creme, and lettuce.
