Severe Burrito Bowl Illness

Friday the 9th. Ate a burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, hot and corn salsa, and lettuce. Have had severe diarrhea and stomach pains for theee days now. I feel weak and it is the worse case I have ever had.
