Got a Burger Tray everything on the burger except onions, and an Oreo shake ended up getting sick that night vomiting 12 times, had to go to urgent care having effects up to 5 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
