Ate with a small group yesterday for lunch around 2:30PM. Appetizers - one shrimp with avocado, two lettuce wraps. Main dish - chicken piccata. Drink - water. Felt very full still at 8:30 PM but had baked potato and steamed broccoli at home for dinner. Almost immediate…
