Shrimp Appetizer Illness Report - Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Annapolis Maryland

Ate with a small group yesterday for lunch around 2:30PM. Appetizers - one shrimp with avocado, two lettuce wraps. Main dish - chicken piccata. Drink - water. Felt very full still at 8:30 PM but had baked potato and steamed broccoli at home for dinner. Almost immediate stomach cramps. Had diarrhea followed by vomiting followed by more diarrhea. Was sweating then chills - no fever. No further symptoms but afraid to eat now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
