- comments: found no employee health policy/training on site. Instructed facility to establish an appropriate employee health policy/training system and maintain with verifiable documents on site. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010.

- comments: no hot water provided at handwashing sink at court food prep/pizza area. Presently at temp of 71. 4f to 72. 6f. At 12:25pm water temperature at said sink was 67f to 68f. At 12:35 one handwashing sink hot water provided 107f,the other handwashing sink unable to provided hot water it reached 91f but instantly went down to 81f and below. Instructed temporarily to use one handwashing sink at prep pizza area. Must provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100f at said handwashing sink.
