- comments: found procedure/plan on site however kit not complete missing solution to control norovirus for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events, also missing mop etc. Instructed facility to maintain any appropriate supplies on site. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: no hot water provided at handwashing sink at court food prep/pizza area. Presently at temp of 71. 4f to 72. 6f. At 12:25pm water temperature at said sink was 67f to 68f. At 12:35 one handwashing sink hot water provided 107f,the other handwashing sink unable to provided hot water it reached 91f but instantly went down to 81f and below. Instructed temporarily to use one handwashing sink at prep pizza area. Must provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100f at said handwashing sink. For short period of time( 20 minutes to 1/2 hours food preparation was stopped until hot water provide). Priority violation 7-38-030(c)
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: wrong sanitizer chemical test strip provided at three compartment sink at deli department. Upon my request manager provided the corrected quaternary chemical test strip. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: leaking pipe under three compartment sink at meat department, also floor drain at south east corner by the three compartment sink slowly draining. Standing rusty water by the two door reach-in cooler. Instructed to repair issue

- comments: no lid provided at receptacle inside the staff washroom at rear storage area
