Went in on Wednesday march 25th, around 12pm into food court had a hot dog 2 slice of pizza and a coffee latte freeze. When arriving home I came down with serious stomach aches and diarrhea leading to chills and fever.

I bought and ate and served others the Costco Lasagna (2-pack). I cooked it in the oven per the directions. I was sick to my stomach that evening (foul gas). I reheated it from the refrigerator the next day, and gave a portion to my father and we both got sick to our stomachs and had diarrhea.
