I ordered the veggie burger with just lettuce and tomato, cheese curds, and water on Sunday 9/5/21 at around 2:30pm. Later that evening, bad stomach ache. Two days later I still have a headache, stomach ache, body aches, chills, lo fever, and have had diarrhea since Sunday evening.

Had the mushroom swiss burger and fries. About 30 mins later horrible noises started coming from my stomach and intestines. I had sharp pains in my lower abdomen I was up till about 5 a.m. very sick with nausea and severe diarrhea. My husband also ate there…
