My husband ate a Pepperoni and beef pizza with garlic wings and I had spinach and feta cheese pizza. He woke up the next morning with diarrhea, nausea, and dizzy spells. I don't have an appetite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
