Chicken Tostada Causes Diarrhea

I ate a Double Chicken Tostada Salad (chicken, lettuce, sour cream, rice, beans, cheese, fired tortilla bowl) I did not eat the dressing. Stomach started gurgling 20 minutes later. Hurried home and had bad diarrhea. No nausea.
