Ordered take out. Had smaller serving of chicken tortilla soup, chips and salsa, and 1/4 of a macho platter around 7 PM.
Stomach felt bloated and tight until 2 AM when diarrhea started. Vomiting started at 10 AM. Reported to county health department at 10:45. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

We went for taco tuesday, we ordered the all you can eat taco special, because we noticed the taco bar. When we ordered the serve brought out premade tacos. We had chicken steak and carnitas. The chicken tasted a little funny so we only had one. I…
