foods (raw eggs, tofu) at improper cold holding temperatures located in pepsi cooler during the inspection; 15 lbs of raw eggs at 48. 3 f and 2 lbs of tofu at 50. 3 f. Instructed to discard and denature all said tcs foods and always maintain all cold holding tcs foods at 41f or below at all times. Manager discarded all said tcs foods, cost of all foods $70. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

Ordered filet mignon with toowoomba topping and mushrooms. Sweet potatoe and mixed veggies for side. Ate around 8pm, woke up to extreme nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea around 4am. It’s now 3 pm and still have all symptoms plus a fever of 102… terrible headache and overall body pain

go to urgent care this morning from my illness and was also diagbosed of seafood poisoning which has now caiswd me to call off work on my first day at my new job so i can probably kiss that job goodbye now.. reschedule appointents.. i have to reschedule a job interview at long horn which will probably be another loss of opportunity.. i also have to cancel soccer practice today.. after reviewing the reviews on your website this is something your conpany has been struggling for weeks over.. how many people will it take before you fix your issue..thsn our sever let us know how low staffed you are and how shes been there for years and ready to walk out of her job over lack of staffing.. also that is not a reason to get people sick. Id like a full refund of my money i did not pay to be sick

Like 5 hours àgo Not sure I got these cookies from Homestretch a non profit program food distribution and I ate like 4 cookies and felt sick afterwards. I never felt like this before after eating girl scout cookies. I threw up 3 times already. Still don't feel to well.

FSIS has issued a public health alert for frozen Siluriformes products illegally imported from China. The products are deemed unfit for human consumption and ineligible for entry into the U.S. The items are believed to have been shipped to retail and wholesale locations in New York, Oklahoma,

and Pennsylvania. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
The product is 12-oz. (340 g) plastic packages containing “FROZEN STRIPED PANGASIUS MAWS”. The packages lack any producing establishment information or import marks and are packed in plain white shipping cartons without labels or markings.
Retailers who have purchased the products are urged not to sell them. Consumers who purchased the products should not consume them and need to dispose of them properly. Consumers are asked to dispose of the products by double bagging them to reduce the possibility of animals accessing the products.
If you or a loved one are harmed or experiencing any symptoms, it is important to report it. Reporting can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
