Instructed to discard and denature all said tcs foods and always maintain all cold holding tcs foods at 41f or below at all times. Manager discarded all said tcs foods, cost of all foods $70. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: found incomplete pest control log book. No inspection receipts (at least twice a year per code) on-site at time of inspection. Instructed to have a pest control log book on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c).

- comments: handwashing sink located next to cooks line is is disrepair. Sink leaks from drain pipe and is currently not in use. Instructed management to repair. An additional working handwashing sink is located next to the cooks line that employees currently use.
