I ate Giordano’s thin crust pizza (sausage, bacon, mushrooms and pepperoni), chicken wings bbq and hot, and house salad. 45-60 minutes later i began to have a headache and then chills. I then got diarrhea and not stop belching with nausea. Update: i just three up about 50fl oz in a vomit bag…  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
