explosive diarrhea. Got back to bed and could not stop shivering for about 15 minutes no matter how many blankets i got under. Around 830 am i woke up and said to my wife something is terribly wrong. I cant move. Every joint and muscle in my body was screaming with pain. She helped me to the hot tub where i stayed for over an hour. I remained in bed that day with diarrhea stomach pains and chills accompanied with body aches and pains. Made it to dinner that evening between diarrhea episodes only because i wanted to see the michael jackson tribute that evening. After that right back to the bathroom then bed. Multiple episodes through the night. Monday travel day. Made it home thankfully after using facilities at both airports and the plane. Ugh. Monday evening continued with the diarrhea but only to add now it has traces of blood. Wonderful. As i right this only went twice overnight but tuesdays morning bout was alot of blood.
All in all nice resort and entertainment.
Be smart, dont eat shellfish or seafood in a foreign country that you know doesn’t have the ability to keep it from getting contaminated. Gonna go see if my toilet can take another punch now. could not treat me. I spend all 6-days along with my daughter and husband in bed. 2 others in our party were sick for 3 days. Upon arriving back in the states, I was admitted to the ER close to organ failure. This company STILL has not apologized or paid for my out of pockets costs to include medical expenses. I had acute Kidney damage and am still not 100% even though this happened 6-months ago. We have gone round and round to get a response after all of my expenses were submitted to their insurance company. There really should be a class action lawsuit as so many of us were sick.

I felt fine the first three days of our vacation. Wednesday evening we ate at the Poseidon restaurant at the resort. After about two hours I was in bed with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. It lasted the rest of our vacation and two days when we got home.

9 of us went there December 12 n left the 13 2020 n four adult got sick included a 7 month old pregnant woman we had jerk chicken for lunch the symptoms started the same night we all had diarrhea n stomach craps for the whole week 2 of us had to go to the doctor it was the worst week of my life

The food at the jerk hut. We checked out on the 13th which was a Sunday. There were 4 adults and 4 children travelling together. All but one adult got sick. Symptoms started the same night but worsened on the 14th for all of us. It happened The week of December 14, 2020

My 23-month old daughter ended up with severe diarrhea while staying here from 12/23 to 12/30. She developed symptoms on 12/28 that progressively got worse as the days wore on. Luckily she has been checked out by her Doctor in the US and she is now OK

but her digestive system is still not back to normal judging by the quality of her poop.
My wife also had a less severe case of diarrhea so we are pretty confident it was food poisoning.
The absolute worst part of this ordeal is we took our daughter to the on-site nurse and she was absolutely not helpful. She did not help arrange for any electrolyte fluid and instead reminded us seeing a doctor was going to incur a $180 charge!!!!! Could not wait to get the hell out of there!

energy. We went to the gift shop to get Gatorade to try to keep ourselves hydrated and the next day we went back for more and there was absolutely no Gatorade left (there was so much left the day before).....We had a feeling that it wasn’t just us who had gotten food poisoning. We booked our trip from December 12 to December 16. The flight for our departure on 12/16 got cancelled and rescheduled to the next day because of a snow storm so we had to stayy one more day. I cried my eyes out because I just wanted to go home! We didn’t want to say anything because we were terrified that the resort would think we had COVID and keep us there for 14 days....The worst experience ever!!!
