- comments: both handwashing sinks the kitchen, and dish area noted not accessible. Kitchen hand sink observed with a food strainer inside and blocked by a large garbage can. Dishwashing hand sinks completely covered by a lid, computer laptop, surrounded by cleaning solutions and unrecognizable as a sink. Manager removed all items from all sinks. Reviewed all handwashing sinks must be accessible at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: all bulk food and spice containers not in their original containers must be properly labeled with the product common name.

- comments: observed foods not protected during preparation. Employee noted preparing food such as filling dough with prepared vegetable filling for spring rolls in the dining room at a dining room table. Instructed all foods must be prepared in the designated food preparation area. All food discarded. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: must not store a soiled toilet bowl plunger next to/under the kitchen hand washing sink. Must properly store in a non-food area.

- comments: extremely dirty toaster oven with encrusted food debris. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: leak from piping under the kitchen one compartment prep sink into a bucket and repaired with duct tape. ----leak at the nozzle of the three compartment sink. Must repair all leaks and properly repair plumbing. ----grease trap at the three compartment sink in extremely poor repair with excessive rust/holes not noted leaking at this time. Instructed to replace. ----extremely low water pressure in the mens washroom. Must increase water flow/pressure.

- comments: noted a non-functional service sink located at the dish wash area. Sink faucet not attached to the wall. Instructed to repair/repair and provide hot and cold running water.

- comments: must not use expanding spray foam sealant as a means of repair to seal any holes or openings around piping in the kitchen ceiling. Surfaces/seals must be smooth and cleanable. ----missing, damaged and uneven floor tiles, baseboards, wooden shelving throughout the rear dishwashing and dry food storage room. Must replace/repair all to be smooth and cleanable.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: no food handler certificate or proof of training for the employee on site. Must provide for all employees.

- comments: no proof of allergen training or certificates for all the city of chicago certified food managers. Must provide.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violation not corrected from report #2290843 on 6-4-19. #55- instructed to clean floors along wall base and underneath equipment especially at the kitchen prep area. Must also repair cracks and broken floor tiles. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued at this time.

that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale only at Fleur de Sel located at 601 Rue Principale, Granby, QC, Canada. The issue was discovered during routine checks by the MAPAQ. As of now, no allergic reactions related to the consumption of these products have been reported.

The recalled products include "Filet de Sole Stuffed with Salmon and Shrimp", "Cod Loin Saffron and Chives", and "Basil and Tomato Chicken". These items were sold frozen and vacuum-sealed in clear plastic bags. Specific details such as brand, size/weight, batch, UPC, and best before date were not provided, nor was the amount of recalled products. The products were vacuum-packed in a transparent plastic bag.

Please do not consume this product if you have it at home and return it to the store where it was purchased.
