Steak tacos with onion and cilantro. Refried beans and rice + guac and chips. Headache, nauseousness, vomiting, diarrhea. Same to my fiance who had tacos Al pastor.
Almost feels like a hangover. Definitely did not consume any alcohol however. Absolutely food borne | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
