- comments: observed tcs food at improper temperatures ranging 48. 0f-51. 2f. Chicken wings, drumsticks, and leg quarters, 8 slabs of beef ribs, 120 eggs, cheese, salami, and a gallon of milk. All mentioned products were stored inside the walk-in cooler for over 24 hours. Food discarded and denatured by employees. Pounds 1,000 lbs and 1 gallon ,valued at $2,500. - comments: observed an improper temperature of a walk-in refrigerator at 60. 0f with tcs foods stored inside for sale. The unit was tagged. Once repaired, email cdph to have unit reinspected, until reinspected the unit shall not be used. Must have cold holding units at 41. 0f or below. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued.

Instructed to eliminate pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a), citation issued.

Not sure from what restaurants but I was at Deluxe on Lansdowne, Friday supper time, had a cheeseburger. Pretty sure it was the burger. Also had one on Saturday at East Coast burger, Grand Bay Ate the cheeseburger at Eastcoast Burgers, Grand Bay around 3:00pm.

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time. Around every half hour after that I was vomiting still, until around 10am today, April 13th.

two days. I went through the drive through. I believe I got food poisoning or something else from eating your food. I have the runs really bad, I'm throwing up, and nausea. I'm going in to see the doctor today. I don't have the receipt, I think it got thrown out with the bag. However I did use my card to purchase it.. I don't have the receipt but I have a picture of the transaction. I spent $27 on our food.. Update: 4 days now and things are still going through me. I'm going to call the local health department and report it.

At noon, I ate a bag of Hershey mixed flavored chocolate that I bought at Dollar General the day before. After sleeping, I felt nauseous, wanted to throw up, and had a very upset stomach. Then I looked at other things at Dollar General (one near Poinsett State Park) yesterday and found that the contact lens care solution actually expired on March 1st. Face wash and makeup remover also don't have a shelf life at all. Therefore, it is suspected that the chocolate has expired, but since it is a pouch, the packaging has been thrown away. I don't understand why they sell expired products.
