Solo Pizza Illness Incident

I ate the "mad dog" pizza with olive oil, which includes pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, and red sauce. A family member had a completely different pizza with no common ingredients, and was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
