I ordered vegetable soup. At the first spoonful I commented to my friend that I didn’t like it. I had a few more spoonfuls thinking it was just my taste buds; but once I got home i had terrible stomach ache. Within two hours I was projectile vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted all night long.

Had the house salad, cream chicken soup, and pasta with meat sauce
Symptoms started an hour or more after- sudden malaise and clammy, stomach noises, urge to go to bathroom again and again. Eventually threw up everything I had eaten and my neck is hot to the touch and red | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
