Pedí sopa de verduras. A la primera cucharada le comenté a mi amigo que no me gustaba. Tomé unas cuantas cucharadas más pensando que eran solo mis papilas gustativas; pero una vez que llegué a casa me dolía mucho el estómago. En dos horas tuve vómitos y diarrea como proyectiles. Esto duró toda la noche.

Had the house salad, cream chicken soup, and pasta with meat sauce
Symptoms started an hour or more after- sudden malaise and clammy, stomach noises, urge to go to bathroom again and again. Eventually threw up everything I had eaten and my neck is hot to the touch and red | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
