Sirloin, Potato Tasted Off

June 4, 2022 - Dined in the restaurant. Got an 11 oz sirloin, loaded baked potato, and mixed veggies. Steak tasted "watery" and baked potato had a dirt-like taste; not sure which one made me sick approximately 12 hours later. Symptoms = watery diarrhea, hot / cold chills, and vomiting

Shrimp Meal Causes Sickness

I ate the Volcano shrimp, with Ayers Rock Strip, with the asparagus and potato soup. Nausea started roughly 30 minutes after consumption and Diarrhea roughly an hour to two hours after that.
