I ate some fried rice,a spring roll, orange chicken and chicken with pineapple and string beans and immediately following i started having severe abdominal cramps and pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting for the past 2 hours,and I have not eaten all of the food ,only finished the spring roll

Tuesday this week I had panda express orange chicken, walnut shrimp, fried rice and noodle for lunch and leftover for dinner with my friends. Both of us had a bad diarrhea next day, started before any meals.
