February 18th I had chow Mein orange chicken and broccoli beef and then I find myself vomiting at 4:00 AM and then again at 6:00 AM and have chills stomach pain slight headache and general nausea for the whole day after feels like it has to have been the Panda Express

9/13/2021, 7pm. Had it. Order: bigger plate. Content: half chow mein, half fried rice, Beijing beef, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chicken egg roll. Was severely bloated last night. Woke up today, 9/14, and have had the following symptoms: chills, diarrhea, lower body weakness, dizziness.
