I ate a Greek salad and half an Italian sandwich at my local Panera within six hours. I had food poisoning and I know for a fact it was Panera because that’s all I ate that day.

Soba Noodles Cause Nausea

I got the soba noodle bowl and about 30ish minutes later I became extremely nauseous, bloated, and light headed. Felt nauseous and had diarrhea for several hours afterwards.
