Panera bread Mac and cheese. 1 that’s me and I ate the Mac and cheese just now and it just made me run to the bathroom and I had diarrhea

Bacon Turkey Sandwich Illness

Ate a Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich and French Onion soup, a few hours later the Diarrhea began. The next day I had a 100 fever and Diarrhea. The fever has subsided however day 4 and still Diarrhea.
