Ordered Chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. Also ordered a 1/2 tuna sandwich and broccoli soup. I have been violently throwing up and having major bout of diarrhea. So. After my wife experienced the same symptoms. Last my 4 year old son was affected with stomach pain d and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
