Diarrhea Mid-Meal at Restaurant

Three of us at separate times during the middle of our meal had to run to the restroom with diarrhea. Me being the last, not only did I have diarrhea I vomited as well. I’ve ate there and had absolutely no problem. This was definitely horrible.
