Kung Pao Chicken Illness

Nov 6, 2020. At 12:30 to 1::00 I pickup an Order to go of Kungpao chicken, I had no breakfast, and after eating the product, approx I became sick with diarrhea, throwing up, and extremely nauseated.
I know the food Poisoned me!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Shrimp & Rice Illness

Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
