I had a bowl with brown rice chicken steak and shredded cheese. I ate there about 7pm on 1015 the nausea diarrhea chills stomach cramps and headache started about 940pm

Had a burrito bowl and chips. Chicken and steak with queso and guac. After eating I went to bed and then proceeded to wake up 4 times in the night to throw up and diarrhea.
