Severe Illness Post-Burger

I have been sick with diarrhea, vomiting, and a sore stomach for 2 whole days since eating a disgusting burger and fries from there. This isn’t food poisoning it’s something worse because I took activated charcoal and I am still sick two days later!!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Soreness
