Cheerios Cause Severe Cramps

Purchased a mega sized box of honey nut cheerios ate 1 bowl and had severe cramping and diarrhea. Thought it was the milk or something else I ate that day. Had a second bowl a couple days later and experienced the exact same symptoms.

Not sure, but concerned about Sabra hummus. The only likely item I ate Profuse watery diarrhea for 12 hours and still going. It happened Yesterday
